
HOBIE WOOD
Hobie is married to the lovely Hannah, and they have two sons – Levi and Lat (short for Latimer). He is a native of Tiger, Ga. (Rabun County), a graduate of Clemson University (B.S.) and Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC (MDiv.). Prior to seminary and being called to be the pastor at Christ Presbyterian, Hobie and Hannah were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He’s a rabid Clemson fan, a cyclist, and a (very) novice fly-fisherman.

DR. STEVE WOODWORTH
A native of New England, Steve Woodworth is and an ordained Teaching Elder and missionary in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). Husband to Carrie and father to Luke, Andrew and Zachary, Steve is a graduate of Montreat College (B.S.), and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv., DMin.). As a missionary, Steve leads the EPC’s efforts to assist national leaders in their development of biblical training centers among unreached people groups. When he isn’t overseas, Steve helps to foster discipleship at CPC through preaching, teaching, small groups and adult Sunday School programs. The Woodworths get outside as much as possible and enjoy biking, hiking, paddle-boarding, gardening, and camping.

DEBBIE SPERIN
Debbie is passionate about seeing “counseling restored to the church.” As a biblical counselor, she has a heart to help others find comfort and hope in the gospel. Debbie is a graduate of Mars Hill College (BS). She served as director of Redeeming Love Center in Toccoa and holds a Foundation of Biblical Counseling Certificate with CCEF. Debbie has over 15 years of experience with a variety of life issues, including: family of origin, abuse, depression, marriage, anxiety, leading groups etc. She is married to William and they enjoy spending time with family and friends
