• Covid-19 Update

CPC currently has 2 services, at 9:30am and 11am. The 11am service will be live streamed. If you are older or immune-compromised, please consider the warnings from state and medical experts regarding the virus. There is no pressure to attend church in person, and there is no pressure not to attend church in person. Everyone is free to follow the leading of the Spirit, in accordance with your own convictions, health condition, and the advice of our medical experts. If you desire to attend, please sign up so that we can plan for your attendance.

    • If you are sick, please stay home. If you have knowingly been exposed recently to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please join us online until you've followed the proper self-quarantine protocols outlined by medical experts.
    • Please wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer.
    • Please keep your children near you and do not let them run around when they are here - children aren't quite as good at social distancing as adults!
    • For a time, we will gather in multiple services of smaller numbers, adequately spaced around the room - thus the need to sign up.
    • Consider wearing a mask in consideration of others at least when we are singing together during the services (singing is important for worship, but it also spreads moisture droplets more than talking). Masks aren't required for attendance.
    • There will be no nursery or coffee
    • The service will be reduced to around an hour: this is to accommodate families with young children as there is no nursery available.
    • We will clean all common surfaces before, after, and in between services.
    • The offering baskets will be placed at the doors so that we don't pass plates around.
    • Weather permitting, we will keep the windows open to allow for maximum fresh air.
    • Before and after services, please fellowship at a safe distance from others and their families in the parking lot or under the covered porch. Please do not gather closely in the sanctuary or the lobby.
    • If you have any question or concerns, or if you think we need to consider something that we've forgotten or overlooked, please get in touch with Hobie or one of the elders or deacons. We want to hear from you. And please pray for our Lord's protection over this expression of His body and all in our county as we begin to worship together again.
